TJ declared it only logical that Django was trans. So, Django needed a new name. I called her Seniorita, and I danced with that little dog in my arms whenever it came on the radio.
That turned out to be a young man living in a van with a woman and a baby. He made all that beautiful sound, enough to fill a parking lot, with one violin and an amplifier the size of a car battery. They had a sign that said "homeless anything helps" and spoke no English. I gave them the $50 I had on me. On the way home, I had to pull over and cry ๐ญ. But then I got on with it, stomping through my days, yoga and boots and lost the 19 pounds.
If I stop moving, I feel sorrowful. It's like *it catches up* and takes me down. I have always been that way

But I did not want to be a priest. I was the same as most girls who wished themselves in a convent: I wanted to be where I could think, and where not just anyone could look at me.
